Produced from the stalk of the plant (psychotropic marijuana can be produced from the flowers)
Comes from the Cannabis Sativa plant
CBD concentrations in industrial hemp are technically lower than in the aforementioned strains; however, more hemp is simply used to produce the concentration of CBD desired
